2. Data processed and purposes
When you contact us, we process your name, email address, subject, message and optionally phone number and organisation to respond and prepare quotations. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps at your request (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)); for other general enquiries, our legitimate interest in correspondence (Art. 6(1)(f)). For training registration we process your name, email, phone, organisation, tax number, registered address, selected course and session, group size, discount code, booking reference and relevant booking/payment status. Legal bases: contract or pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b)) and statutory invoicing obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)). A submitted request alone does not guarantee a training place.
Payments and technical records
We process the amount due, method and status of payment and invoicing details. The local registration system does not request or store payment-card data or automatically charge a card. For service security and misuse prevention we may record necessary technical data such as IP address, date, time and basic HTTP request details, under our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
3. Retention periods
- General enquiries: up to 12 months after closure unless a contract or dispute requires longer
- Contractual training records: generally up to 5 years after performance, unless longer legal retention or a substantiated dispute applies
- Invoices and accounting records: at least 8 years under applicable Hungarian accounting law
- Security logs: for a limited operationally necessary period; specific retention is documented before go-live
- Consent preference: up to 180 days where the consent manager is enabled
4. Processors and recipients
Access is restricted to authorised CyberTeam personnel, trainers involved in delivery and service providers performing hosting, email delivery and accounting functions under appropriate arrangements. Information about current providers and any data transfers is available from the controller. We do not sell personal data.
5. Cookies and Google Analytics
This section is the site’s cookie notice; there is no separate cookie page. Analytics consent is not required to browse, register or send an enquiry. If enabled, the first-party ca_consent_v1 cookie records your consent choice for up to 180 days (SameSite=Lax; Secure under HTTPS), without storing your name or contact details. The prior site’s Google Site Kit configuration contained Google Analytics 4 measurement ID G-GKF6JQVX2N. Analytics remains disabled on the replacement site pending verification of property access and privacy conditions. If enabled, GA4 scripts load only after express opt-in; Google may set cookies such as _ga and _ga_*. Analytics events never include names, email addresses, telephone numbers, message content or booking/payment identifiers. See Google’s privacy policy at Google Privacy Policy. When the consent manager is enabled, visitors may accept, reject or adjust their choice and can withdraw it later. No separate Google Tag Manager container or Google Ads tracking has been verified in the source archive.
6. Data security and transfers
Data are protected through access control, server-side storage outside the public document root and HTTPS. The enquiry and booking databases are private. The registration process does not involve automated decisions or profiling.
7. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, data portability where applicable, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact the controller at the address above; we normally respond within one month. You may complain to the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH), 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9–11, www.naih.hu, or seek a judicial remedy.
