Is a technical background required?
No. Management and employee courses develop role-specific cybersecurity competence; they are not designed as technical engineering programmes.
Are courses available online?
Depending on the programme, live online, classroom or blended delivery may be arranged.
Can organisations request a custom programme?
Yes. Topics, duration, participant groups and documentation can be adapted to the organisation.
How is completion documented?
For the statutory management course, a certificate is issued under Hungary’s Adult Education Act (Fktv.). Other programmes may provide attendance records, confirmation of participation and assessment results.
When must a new leader complete the initial course?
Within one year of becoming the organisation’s leader, subject to any applicable transitional rules.
Does employee awareness training replace the management course?
No. The courses address different groups and obligations.
